The SGPG concessionaire company of the Marina Bas-du-Fort offers several premises
commercial:
The allocation of these premises and the signing of temporary occupancy agreements are
subject to publicity in accordance with the provisions of article L2122/1/1 of the general code of the
property of public persons.
The rental offers must be formulated in accordance with the criteria defined in the presentation sheet for each premises, they must be composed of a letter presenting the project, a kbis extract and the latest balance sheet (companies already in activity) and a forecast.
Applications must be submitted to Nathalie VIVIER/Gestion Locative.

We regularly have premises to rent, if you wish
apply for the rental of premises, the documents to be provided are:

A project presentation letter

A K-BIS extract or equivalent

The latest balance sheet (if the company is already in business)

A forecast
